1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing IndexedPub (indexedpub.com) or submitting a manuscript, you ("Author") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Service Description

IndexedPub provides fast-track manuscript submission, peer review coordination, and publication facilitation in Embase-indexed and internationally recognised biomedical journals. Services include:

• Editorial screening and formatting support
• Peer review coordination (3–15 business days depending on plan)
• CrossRef DOI assignment upon acceptance
• Publication Certificate issuance
• Plagiarism/similarity index report

3. Author Eligibility & Responsibilities

By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that:

• You are the original author or are authorised by all co-authors to submit
• The work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review at another journal
• The research complies with applicable ethical guidelines (Institutional Ethics Committee approval where required)
• All data presented is accurate and has not been fabricated or manipulated
• All co-authors have consented to the submission

4. Review Process

All submissions undergo a transparent peer-review process conducted by subject-matter experts. IndexedPub does not guarantee acceptance of any manuscript. The editorial decision — Accept, Revise, or Reject — is final and based solely on scientific merit and journal standards.

Timelines stated on the website (7–15 days for Fast Track; 20–25 days for Basic; Express priority) are targets, not guarantees. Complex manuscripts or revision rounds may extend these timelines.

5. Payment Terms

IndexedPub operates on a pay-after-acceptance model. No fees are charged until your manuscript receives a formal acceptance decision.

USD amounts are approximate and subject to exchange rate variation. Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

6. Refund Policy

• If your manuscript is rejected after review, no payment is due and no refund is applicable.
• If payment has been made and the manuscript is subsequently withdrawn by the author before publication, a processing fee of ₹1,500 (or $20) is non-refundable; the remainder will be refunded within 14 business days.
• Once a manuscript has been published and the DOI assigned, no refunds will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@indexedpub.com within 7 days of payment.

7. Publication Certificate

Upon successful publication, IndexedPub will issue an official Certificate of Publication bearing the paper title, author name(s), journal name, DOI, and publication date. This certificate is issued for academic and professional documentation purposes only. IndexedPub does not guarantee its acceptance by any specific institution, visa authority, or regulatory body.

8. Intellectual Property

Authors retain copyright of their published work unless otherwise agreed in the journal's author agreement. By submitting, you grant IndexedPub a non-exclusive licence to process, format, and facilitate publication of your manuscript. You remain fully responsible for ensuring the work does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in immediate rejection or retraction, with no refund:

• Plagiarism (similarity index exceeding acceptable journal thresholds)
• Data fabrication, manipulation, or falsification
• Duplicate submission (same manuscript under review at another journal simultaneously)
• Ghost authorship or omission of legitimate authors

10. Limitation of Liability

IndexedPub's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including career impact, visa refusals, or institutional decisions based on publications facilitated through our platform.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage amicable resolution — contact us first at support@indexedpub.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

IndexedPub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
